to Prepare & Send Your Artwork:
STEP 1: Check the size, layout, resolution and file format
Size: 85mm x 55mm. Resolution 300dpi.
File Formats: pdf, psd, jpeg (max quality), tiff
If your business card has a colourwash background please (if possible) remove it, this allows us to despatch your business cards the same day.
STEP 2: E-Mail Your Artwork (Click Here)
(You can e-mail artwork before you order if you want us to check it. ALL artwork and cleared payments must be received by 2pm at the very latest please).

Q: My artwork is in MS Word Format?
A: Sorry due to time pressure please do not send MS Word files. Your artwork must be print ready and saved using the guidelines outlined above.
Q: Will I (or someone else) have to sign for my package containing my business cards?
A: Yes, all Next Day business cards are sent via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, they need a signature. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an address where a signature can be obtained. Hitz Imaging Ltd accepts no responsibility for missed deliveries where the customer has been absent or provided a wrong address.
